A large part of CyberShop business is due to referral.  Customers like the experience that they have with CyberShop and as a result refer their family, friends and collegues.

In recognition of these people that refer business to CyberShop and to express our thanks we have decided to provide these customers CyberShop gift vouchers as a token of our appreciation.

The CyberShop Gift Vouchers is like "money" that you could use to make purchases at CyberShop.

Everytime you refer a new customer to CyberShop and they make a purchase, you can be expected to recieve the following Gift Vouchers depending on how much they spend per invoice:

CyberShop will then contact you via phone or email to let you know that you have recieved a gift voucher and to verify the postal address.

Your gift voucher will then be sent within 30 days.

How does the customer inform CyberShop who referred them??

CyberShop have developed referral business cards which we can send out to you to give to your friends.  Please contact us if you require some or simply drop into our shop.  Alternatively, we have provided them online for you to print out yourself to give away.

Please make sure you fill out your details fully at the back of the card to ensure that we can get in contact with you to determine your mailing address so that we can send you the CyberShop Gift Vouchers.

Conditions

The following conditions apply and could change at any time so please refer back to this webpage regularly for updates:

1. All referred customers must be new CyberShop customers in order for you to receive a reward
2. The gift voucher value is determined by how much is spent on the referred customers first invoice.  All subsequent sales and invoices will not be subjected to a referral reward
3. The new customer must present the referral card at the time of sale in order for you to receive your reward.  No referral claims can be made once the sale has been finalised and payment has been made.
4. CyberShop reserves the right to update/change the rewards system at any time
5. All CyberShop Gift Vouchers will have an expiry date marked on them and must be used before this date.  This is usually about 6 months from the date of issue.
6. The Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Once the expiry date has lapsed, the gift vouchers can no longer be used and have a $0 value.
8. The voucher can only be used by the referrer and hence is not transferable to other people. Please make sure you have valid ID available when using the vouchers so we can verify your identity.
9. CyberShop will not replace lost or stolen vouchers so please look after your vouchers carefully.  If vouchers are stolen then they cannot be used at CyberShop since the identity of the person using the voucher must be the same as that of the original referrer that the voucher was intended for.
