The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth

of these terms and conditions. CyberShop reserves the right to make
changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
The products and services offered for sale by CyberShop are only available
to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The products and services
are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons
who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts
GST
All prices shown on the web site include GST. Computer CyberShop does not sell
GST exempt.
Delivery
Deliveries will only be made to a customer's normal Business or Residential
address. Couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Signatures obtained from
that address will be deemed to have the same effect as that of the customer
and will constitute the completion of the contract. Couriers will not deliver
to PO Boxes.
We do not deliver overseas.

All reasonable care has been exercised in the preparation of the information
on this site, errors and omissions can occur however and CyberShop
cannot accept responsibility for such errors or consequences thereof. Please
notify us if any are discovered to enable us to rectify them promptly.
Ordering Goods
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this Web Site is an offer
by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including
the delivery and other charges) specified in this Web Site at the time you
place your order. CyberShop reserves the right to accept or reject
your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability
of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on
this Web Site, or an error in your order. There may be reasons why CyberShop cannot fulfil your order. Therefore, your contract with CyberShop only comes into existence when CyberShop advises you that
it has accepted your order and receipt of your payment has been confirmed.
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges
displayed on this Web Site are current at the time of issue, but may change
at any time
and are subject to availability. The availability of products and services
may change from time to time.
CyberShop will retain title to the products
you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk
in the
products will
pass to you on dispatch from CyberShop.
You are responsible for any
taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including
without limitation, any customs
duty, goods
and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services
acquired or ordered by you from this Web Site.

Warranty
All products sold by CyberShop come with the manufacturer's warranty.
For faster warranty repairs please contact the manufacturer directly. If
you require assistance with warranty claims please do not hesitate to contact

Returns
Please review your orders carefully before you place them. Once an order has
been made, the product is considered sold and cannot be returned to CyberShop.
Goods which can be returned are those which are dead on arrival. In situations
like this, the consumer has up to seven days to return the goods back to CyberShop for an exchange for a non-defective product.
If goods are required to be returned to CyberShop, please follow
our Returns Authorisation procedure.
Returns Authorisation Procedure
CyberShop will not accept product returns unless the product is accompanied
by a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please email:
support@cybershop.com.au with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Receipt Number
- The reason why you are requesting a Returns Authorisation
Number
- The goods which you wish to return
- Your email address
- A daytime contact phone number
We will then process your request and if approved, we
will email you the RA number. Once you have been assigned an RA number you
must return the goods to us within
7 working days or else your RA number will lapse and you will be required to
reapply. The procedure for returning the goods once you have recieved the RA
number is as follows:
Attach a copy of your original receipt quoting the RA number
with your goods.

We recommend that any goods returned by post to us be sent
by either certified or registered mail. CyberShop accepts no responsibility
for loss or
damage occurring in transit on return to CyberShop.
