11 July 2006 I have been very pleased with the service and advice I received when purchasing my first laptop at Cybershop. My initial contact with Rhydd was promptly attended to with very relevant information received by email. This was very important to me with limited free time to visit the store due to work and family commitments. Rhydd discussed with me my requirements and recommended a solution appropriate to my budget and needs. At no stage was I encouraged to purchase a system that did not meet my needs, which is something else I look for in a good business. Having worked in the IT industry for several years myself and being aware of many laptop resellers in Perth, I was very pleased with the overall service from Rhydd and the Cybershop team and can recommend them as a preferred option for laptop users.
